Door frames Ply with flush doors & necessary fittings for all rooms including entrance door. Green marble door frames with waterproof doors for W.C. & bath rooms with necessary fittings.

Three track Powder Coated Aluminium-sliding Windows with Mosquito net & M.S. Safety grill.

Flooring

Vitrified 24”X 24” tiles flooring with skirting, anti-skid flooring for W.C & bath.

Kitchen

Green Marble top kitchen platform with stainless steel sink & Glazed tile dado of 4’ height above.

Electrification & Lift

Concealed Wiring with adequate points in each room. Power point in kitchen & toilet.

One automatic lift with generator power back-up having capacity of 6 persons.

Bath

Glazed tile dado up to full height in bath & W.C. Water proofing treatment in toilets & balcony.

Plumbing & Sanitation

Internal concealed plumbing, white W.C. pan, Wash basin, Hot & Cold Mixer, Shower in each toilet with branded fitting.

Painting

Internal walls with Distemper paint & outer walls with good Quality paint. Doors & grills will be oil painted.
